Sharing

A general discussion about anything related to sharing.

Welcome to "Sharing"

My name is Stephen Cataldo, I'm officially the moderator for the Sharing discussions. It's a very open topic, generally dedicated to finding simple and do-it-ourselves solutions.

There is likely to be some overlap with efforts to bring people closer to each other: Eco Villages and Co-Housing and broader Ecological City Design, as well as Shared cars and carpools.

Connecting people with Ecocity World Summit 2008!

Hello everyone,

My name is Kirstin, and I'm participating in the Ecocity World Summit as Conference Director.

I hope the forum will be a good opportunity for conference delegates to get connected before, during and after the conference.

Local music and international festivals

I've noticed that in the San Francisco Bay Area, even though there are a million activities within walking distance, lots of us strike out on hour+ drives just for a few hours entertainment.

I'm interested in getting people who drive an hour and a half to listen to jazz, for example, to be able to find a couple neighbors who also drive that hour and a half, and find a neighborhood concert instead.

Ideas? Brainstorms?
