Creating at least one post where you pretend to be someone with real travel plans often helps you catch errors that are more fundamental than grammar/spelling errors.
Little stuff that goes wrong easy:
1. Check dates, it's easy to mismatch Friday 10/25 when it's really 10/24, etc.
2. Check links, especially links back to client site
3. Make sure notes/customizations from some other event aren't left in.
If there are test accounts that need to be deleted (by other SpaceShare people -- note that we often leave one live, so the first users at least see a test instead of nothing, but it should be obvious if this is so) the easiest way to ask them to cancel is to send them an email through the system, since it comes with a one-click cancel link. Use this for yourself if you have multiple test accounts.
