Let's create a directory of the "Peak Sharing" movement... all the new places where sharing is happening. (Great early-intern or volunteer project... 8 hours total of interesting google research would be great.)

Draw in more volunteers- Drupal
It's always good to draw in more volunteers when you're leading a project... always easier to find assistants than leaders, and leaders come from people starting on a smaller role.
For this, I expect we may eventually create the following format, if we want to get fancy:

Module CCK to create a "node" type with the url, title, category (what are the categories we want?), basic information, geographic region if any, and a few other fields.
Modile Views to display those nodes in interesting ways, such as lists of each category.

You could post to Craigslist or drupal.org or ??? saying that you have that small piece of advice, and the organization is running Drupal, and we have people that can learn fast but no one has used CCK and Views, can someone be our tech lead for this project?

The main key here is to make whatever research you do nicely organized so we can morph it into web pages easily. Have you ever seen CSS / Cascading Style Sheets? It's good to have your information as "data" rather than just paragraphs of text... each source will have a link, a title, and ???
I'll try to teach some cool web presentation tricks as we go. If you want to do some preliminary research, go for it!
