Harmony Festival 2008 Plans

Here's the team so far -- add yourself in the comments if you have read the above, and ideally called Stephen to confirm and can commit (as last year, we have 4 day-time tickets per day, and confusion about camping and night tickets... we may budget for more than 4 volunteers... early, clear commitments generally gets first-dibs):
Stephen (Lead or Co-Lead)
Arthur (Co-Lead or Core)
Julie (Core, not confirmed)
Transportation: Alie has some leads, but none confirmed. May rent a car if don't hear back soon. ** No real clue yet about daily juice deliveries from the Santa Rosa coop... any volunteers have a car? (Stephen is recovering from a broken leg and not good at walking/carrying/moving things, so help is really appreciated!)

This carpooling effort is sponsored by Columbia Gorge Organic Juice -- so we'll be sampling juice, and need to be well within food-sanitation rules.

Tickets for Volunteers:
After the first two confirmed people, we expect to need to buy night-event tickets. We are, again, not really sure what tickets we'll receive from Harmony. We may be able to share, especially if people are mellow about attending all the night music... the Harmony Festival benefits are generally a bit random and last minute. If you are very excited about the night-time performances, you'll likely want to pre-purchase those tickets. SpaceShare may be able to reimburse some of your costs; talk to Stephen, and discuss the commitment needed compared to the budget...
(We're also not sure about the camping situation... last year we did have passes for everyone.)
