A few thoughts about the site

This morning I've been exploring around the various features of the site, and I've noticed a few things that don't quite yet match what we've talked about.
(I didn't post them as ToDos yet because I thought it'd be better to discuss them first).

*I think the flexinode for commitments needs a new drop down box called "commitment status" or similar.
This is initially set to "work in progress" but can be selected by the user to be "work completed".
I think it would make completing a task more satisfying, but also, would help display the commitments in a more organized way.

*The forum needs a new taxonomy to be added in order for users to specify whether their post is important or just chit-chat.
I imagine it as just a drop down box labelled "importance:" which can be set to "Important" or "Chit-chat".

Creating pages:
*As a page type, there is a "commitments & records" type.
I think this is redundant if we stick to using the flexinode commitments system and so I think it should be removed to avoid confusion.
*Also, I noticed a "project" page type - is this the same as a task description asking for volunteers or assistance?
I wasn't sure what the purpose of the project page type was, because I thought project development would occur in the forums? Is it used to announce projects?

Teams:
*I've also been thinking that because ToDos and Done sheets are related to a team, it would be nice if there was a page that could display ToDo's and Done sheets according to which team they are on.
This could be a simple PHP page (thats my initial thought).

Commitments module:
*I think the name "Administer commitments" is a bit misleading now that everyone can view anyone elses commitments. Is there still a need to have a "My commitments" page?
I thought maybe the admin page could be renamed "View commitments" and automatically display the users own commitments first, but still provide the option to select other people to view. This could then replace the My Commitments page.
